Standard ride height/travel RRP/Tractive suspension upgrade. Suitable for CB500X and CB500F. Rear shock: High-quality aluminium body with adjustable preload.
Choice of three spring rates, 100Nm, 110Nm (standard) and 120Nm.
Spring rate guidelines:
Rider weight(inc clothing) plus light luggage(15Kg) Total 70-75Kgs = Softer Spring 100Nm
Rider weight(inc clothing) plus light luggage(15Kg) Total 75-100Kgs = Standard Spring 110Nm
Rider weight(inc clothing) plus light luggage(15Kg) Total 100-110Kgs = Harder Spring 120Nm
- The Level 1b kit offers a rear shock upgrade that has a remote reservoir that offers additional oil capacity, and separates the damping controls -featuring 100% independent high and low speed compression damping adjusters on the remote, and a dedicated 100% rebound adjuster on the shock body lower fork.
- This rear shock option will also come with a RRP mounting bracket for the remote reservoir.
- Front forks: Replacement internal components - longer linear-wound Tractive springs (that eliminate the 6” OEM plastic spacer), RRP damper-rods with built-in shim stack valving, and adjustable preload fork caps.)
NOTE: Athough the new damper rods are OEM length for the CB500X, they will be 20mm longer than the OEM CB500F internals, but because of the more supple initial action, and the rear shock height remains the same, there is virtually no increase in seat height.
2 year TracTive warranty
